Terms of Service

Kairos Clip Uploader · Last updated 30 July 2026

1. What this is

Kairos Clip Uploader is a private program written for the personal use of its operator. It uploads video clips created by the operator to the operator's own social media accounts as drafts, for the operator to review and publish manually.

2. Who may use it

The program is not offered, sold, licensed, or made available to anyone other than its operator. It is not a product, and there is no public user base. These terms exist because the platforms it connects to require every registered application to publish them.

3. Platform rules come first

The program is used in accordance with the terms of service and developer policies of every platform it connects to. Where anything here conflicts with a platform's own terms, the platform's terms govern.

4. Human review

The program does not publish content on its own. Clips are uploaded as drafts and a person reviews each one before deciding whether to publish it.

5. Content ownership

All content handled by the program is created and owned by the operator, who is solely responsible for it and for its compliance with the rules of the platforms it is posted to.

6. No warranty

The program is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. It may fail, may stop working when a platform changes its interface, and is not guaranteed to be available or correct.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, this program.

8. Not affiliated

Kairos Clip Uploader is an independent personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, Google, YouTube, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes

These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator resides.
